To view the program and abstract book, please visit the congress website. You can see the abstract book by logging in to My page.
Certification of attendees (Name badge)
You will need to bring your certification of attendance with you on the day. Please print it out by yourself by following the steps below:

⇒ Click “My page” at the top right
⇒ Click on “Receipt and Certificate” to print and bring with you.

Please ensure to always wear your badge during the conference. It will also serve as admission for the conference dinner if you have purchased a ticket.
Check-in time
The entrance of the venue will be open at 8:30. Please don’t come to the venue too early!

Outstanding payments
Any outstanding fees will have to be paid by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) upon check-in at the registration desk. No access to Congress is granted unless the fees are paid in full. Please note that we don’t accept cash payments.
Lunch
Luncheon Seminars with Free Bento Box! There will be 5 luncheon seminars (including one in Japanese) planned by sponsoring companies from 11:45- on the 20th, 21st, and 22nd. To reserve a spot (and a free Bento box), please pick up a lunch ticket at the registration desk on the 1st floor each morning. Places are limited.

It is still hot and humid! Please come dressed in cool clothes. Don’t forget to bring something with long sleeves since the venue will be air-conditioned.

To prevent infection of COVID-19
- If you feel sick, have a fever, a strange feeling in your throat, or any other unusual physical condition such as common cold symptoms, please refrain from participating in the conference at the venue.
- Eating and drinking situations and talking at close range in an enclosed space without a mask are high risk for infection. So, if at all possible, please wear a mask during conversation.
